A: Yes — we design individualised home exercise programs and gym-based rehabilitation programs, depending on your goals, equipment access and stage of recovery.

A: No. We can provide gym-based rehabilitation through local gym partnerships, attend your existing gym, or adapt your program to be completed at home if preferred.

A: Physiotherapy-led programs are based on a detailed assessment, injury history and movement analysis. Exercises are selected and progressed to reduce injury risk, manage pain and restore function safely.

A: Yes. Progressive strength and conditioning is often a key component in managing persistent pain, recurrent injuries and load-related conditions, helping improve resilience and long-term outcomes.

A: Yes — when clinically appropriate. We regularly incorporate progressive strengthening as part of post-operative and injury rehabilitation, following your surgeon’s or treating doctor’s guidelines.

A: No — you do not need a referral for private physiotherapy appointments. Referrals are only required for Medicare CDM/EPC, DVA, Workers’ Compensation or motor vehicle accident claims.
