All standard appointments are 30 minutes in duration, or longer if clinically required, to ensure thorough assessment and high-quality treatment.

We don’t charge extra for essential services — taping, dry needling, or prescribed exercise bands are included where appropriate in your treatment plan at no additional cost.

Bulked billed physiotherapy:

There are no out of pocket expenses for patients seeking treatment under Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Workers Compensation (WC) or Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). For patients under Enhanced Primary Care (Medicare EPC) Plans, the Medicare rebate is used towards the cost of treatment (usual fees apply).

A: No — if dry needling or taping is clinically appropriate, it is included within your standard physiotherapy consultation fee.

A: Yes — eligible concession card holders may receive discounted rates. Please present your concession card at reception.

A: Yes — we accept Medicare EPC/Chronic Disease Management referrals. You pay the standard consultation fee and receive a Medicare rebate (subject to eligibility and current rebate amounts).

A: Many private health funds rebate telehealth physiotherapy — check with your fund for eligibility and coverage details. Medicare rebates for telehealth may also apply in specific circumstances.

A: Yes — we treat approved Workers’ Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle Accident (ICWA) claims and provide services for self and plan managed NDIS participants where appropriate and funded.

A: We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and cash, and provide HICAPS for on-the-spot private health rebates.
