Functional Strength and Conditioning (Home Exercise Programs and Gym Based Rehabilitation)
At Lake Gwelup Physiotherapy we leverage our extensive knowledge of anatomy and pathology to design individualised exercise rehabilitation and strengthening programs for each patient.
Our exercise programs combine functional movement with specific strengthening principles, with the overarching goal of promoting recovery and preventing future injuries. We understand the importance of independence in managing your condition or injury, which is why our exercise programs are designed to empower you and facilitate a return to full function.
Lake Gwelup Physiotherapy offers both gym-based rehabilitation and general home exercise programs tailored to meet the needs of various patients, including private, worker's compensation, motor vehicle, DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs), EPC (Enhanced Primary Care), and self and plan managed NDIS participants.
Our supervised one-on-one gym-based rehabilitation sessions take place at Anytime Fitness Stirling, ensuring safe and effective exercise under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists. Prior to commencing gym-based rehabilitation, an individual in-clinic assessment is conducted to assess suitability and specific needs, allowing for a tailored program.
